Responsibilities

  • Direct department personnel, meeting department goals and objectives
  • Communicate directly with store management and department supervisors
  • Selecting, onboarding, and coaching new team members
  • Scheduling all team members
  • Offer product information, provide selling suggestions, and conduct active sampling
  • Ensure guest orders are completed accurately and to the guest's satisfaction
  • Ensure department personnel follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and policies
  • Order products and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and merchandising standards
  • Gauge department performance and contribute to achieving overall department goals
