Responsibilities

Direct department personnel, meeting department goals and objectives
Communicate directly with store management and department supervisors
Selecting, onboarding, and coaching new team members
Scheduling all team members
Offer product information, provide selling suggestions, and conduct active sampling
Ensure guest orders are completed accurately and to the guest's satisfaction
Ensure department personnel follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and policies
Order products and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and merchandising standards
Gauge department performance and contribute to achieving overall department goals
