Responsibilities

  • Direct department personnel and meet department goals and objectives
  • Communicate directly with store management and department supervisors
  • Select, onboard, and coach new team members
  • Schedule all team members
  • Provide product information, selling suggestions, and active sampling
  • Take guest orders and ensure timely and satisfactory order completion
  • Ensure department personnel follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Order products and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and merchandising standards
