Responsibilities

  • Direct department personnel to meet department goals and objectives
  • Communicate directly with store management and department supervisors
  • Select, onboard, and coach new team members
  • Schedule all team members
  • Provide product information, offer selling suggestions, and conduct active sampling
  • Ensure guest orders are completed accurately and to satisfaction
  • Maintain department personnel adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Order products and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and merchandising standards
  • Gauge and monitor department performance
