- Model exceptional customer service standards, manage/support initiatives (e.g., community programs), resolve customer issues, develop/implement action plans for deficiencies, and lead process improvements for high-quality experiences
- Drive financial performance/sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitoring merchandise presentation/seasonal transitions/inventory/operations, implementing action plans to mitigate shrink, and achieve sales/profit goals
- Provide supervision/development for hourly associates via hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, consistent communication, promoting belonging, recruiting/developing staff for growth
- Coordinate/complete/oversee job activities by maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting customer/business plans/initiatives, communicating goals, building/measuring accountability/progress, identifying/addressing improvements, adapting, and promoting learning
