Responsibilities

  • Model exceptional customer service standards, manage/support initiatives (e.g., store of the community, outreach programs), resolve customer needs/complaints/issues, develop/implement action plans for deficiencies, and provide process improvement leadership
  • Drive financial performance/sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation/seasonal transitions/inventory flow/operational processes, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink/achieve sales/profit goals
  • Provide supervision/development for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, providing recognition, communicating effectively, promoting belonging mindset, and recruiting/developing talent
  • Coordinate/complete/oversee job-related activities by maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, identifying/communicating goals/objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, addressing improvements, and promoting adaptability/continuous learning
