Responsibilities

Assist Director of Business Operations with day to day operating of concessions for Flyers Training Center
Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency
Train part time staff as needed
Assist Director of Business Operations with ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety to handling complaints and queries
Assist Director of Business Operations with cultivating menu, ordering and purchasing inventory/supplies
Assist with daily duties for the Office Manager and General Manager
Help train and schedule part time staff
Help cultivate a diverse profitable menu
Organize and clean concessions area
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
