Responsibilities

  • Assist Director of Business Operations with day to day operating of concessions for Flyers Training Center
  • Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency
  • Train part time staff as needed
  • Assist Director of Business Operations with ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety to handling complaints and queries
  • Assist Director of Business Operations with cultivating menu, ordering and purchasing inventory/supplies
  • Assist with daily duties for the Office Manager and General Manager
  • Help train and schedule part time staff
  • Help cultivate a diverse profitable menu
  • Organize and clean concessions area
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
