Responsibilities

  • Using expertise in exceptional consumer service to serve and deliver a premium brand experience
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating employees in your department and ensuring an excellent work atmosphere
  • Managing daily business in your department to reach sales targets (including digital services, visual merchandising, salesfloor)
  • Identifying and improving areas based on consumer feedback
  • Being a brand ambassador for NIKE’s initiatives, including training your team
  • Ensuring the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines
  • Cooperating with business partners across stores and HQ
  • Commercial Coach Specific Responsibilities
  • Leading a team to deliver efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation standards
  • Ensuring smooth inventory processes to keep sales floor full, presentable, and meeting brand standards
  • Working with department leads on product receiving and visual presentation, responsible for overall product journey
  • Responsible for monthly initiative launches
  • Using reporting tools for commercial decisions
  • Achieving accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders
  • Athlete Experience Coach Specific Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the team delivers the highest quality athlete experience
  • Leading team engagement on NIKE Community Ambassador activities
  • Partnering with senior store leadership on hiring processes, including onboarding
  • Responsible for store scheduling
  • Working collaboratively to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture
  • Consumer Experience Coach Specific Responsibilities
  • Leading by example in sales floor service and bringing the consumer journey to life
  • Ensuring the team has brand knowledge on all aspects of consumer service, including digital enablers
