Requirements

Candidates should have 0 to 2 years of frontline operations experience in the supply chain or logistics industry, preferably with a diploma or equivalent in any field. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to be a good team player and interact with all levels. Effective and efficient resource management skills are essential, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite cloud software is necessary. Candidates should be open to doing both morning and night shifts.

Responsibilities

The Fleet Supervisor will monitor fleet performance of internal staff drivers and external main-contractor partners. They will manage daily driver outbound activity where parcels are handed over to drivers for outbound delivery and assist drivers in returning undelivered parcels upon route completion, including reconciling cash on delivery amounts. The supervisor will maintain discipline and attendance of drivers, plan and allocate routes to drivers, and ensure sufficient resources to fulfill fleet operation requirements. They will conduct investigations into driver misconduct, handle parcel exceptions such as missorted and damaged parcels, troubleshoot app-related issues that drivers are facing, maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, ensure driver compliance with safety standards and procedures, and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
