Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of procurement or fleet operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
  • Some travel required (<25%)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the purchasing process for fleet vehicles and equipment, including gathering quotes, preparing documentation, and tracking orders
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, including specifications, site assignments, and lifecycle status
  • Help prepare reports on fleet utilization, spend tracking, and procurement activity for internal stakeholders
  • Support communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery, resolve issues, and maintain documentation
  • Help monitor compliance with company procurement policies and escalate concerns to the supervisor
  • Assist in sourcing and coordinating short-term rentals for operational needs across various sites
  • Contribute ideas to improve procurement workflows and documentation accuracy
