Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of procurement or fleet operations is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
Some travel required (<25%)

Responsibilities

Assist in the purchasing process for fleet vehicles and equipment, including gathering quotes, preparing documentation, and tracking orders
Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, including specifications, site assignments, and lifecycle status
Help prepare reports on fleet utilization, spend tracking, and procurement activity for internal stakeholders
Support communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery, resolve issues, and maintain documentation
Help monitor compliance with company procurement policies and escalate concerns to the supervisor
Assist in sourcing and coordinating short-term rentals for operational needs across various sites
Contribute ideas to improve procurement workflows and documentation accuracy
