Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in fleet management, B2B account management, or tire/telematics sales, preferably within the automotive or mobility sector
  • Strong commercial and consultative selling skills with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of identifying performance gaps and implementing improvements
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Portuguese fluency required
  • Based in Porto, Portugal
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for Goodyear’s commercial fleet customers in Portugal
  • Promote and implement Goodyear’s Total Mobility solutions, integrating tires, services, and telematics to optimize fleet operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to fleet clients—identifying business improvement opportunities, resolving operational challenges, and enhancing sustainability
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in large and mid-size fleets
  • Apply solution-selling techniques to tailor Goodyear’s offerings to each customer’s specific needs and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, manage budgets for fleet projects, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions in collaboration with internal teams
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and promote comprehensive fleet management solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering innovative, efficient, and flexible mobility solutions
