Responsibilities

Support implementation of large gas turbines, combustion turbines, and generator outage maintenance and engineering projects
Monitor and communicate equipment performance, vibration, noises for deviations from standards (gas turbine, compressor, ancillary equipment), corrected for site conditions
Oversee maintenance and repair of gas turbines and auxiliary components; perform field inspections, measurements, and equipment walk-downs
Support machinery management solutions, recommend improvement plans using connected digital solutions, equipment monitoring, and health management tools
Schedule maintenance tasks, assess mechanical failures, and provide periodic reports with guidance from fleet leadership
Identify improvements in procedures, equipment, or materials to maintain/improve turbine performance, reduce costs, and increase reliability
Provide technical leadership and administrative support to maintenance teams for maximum equipment availability and reliability
Manage and coordinate equipment failure root cause analysis between engineering and product support teams
Manage repair and overhaul schedules, parts provisioning, and mobilization of parts/technicians to customer sites
