Requirements
- Age: 18 - 45 years old
- Education: SPM/Diploma in any field (Fresh graduates encouraged)
- Experience: No formal experience required, but prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive change through continuous improvement
- Proactive, collaborative, and disciplined team player
- Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
- Take care of own and others’ safety
- Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programs (training, campaigns, induction, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning driver routes (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing)
- Assist Station Head in daily station tasks: Receive & Return shipments, Sorting, Van inbound, Latlong parcels, PETs ticket creation, Route monitoring, Route inbound, Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
- Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions
- Assist Station Head in maintaining station infrastructure and cleanliness
- Comply with Ninja Van Code of Conduct and Quality Policies & Quality Objectives
- Perform other tasks as instructed by superior
