Responsibilities

The Fleet Assistant will assist in managing daily fleet operations and monitoring drivers. They will improve operational processes to enhance delivery performance metrics and collaborate with management and the in-house algorithms team to optimize routes. The role involves assisting in prioritization and planning of local fleet operations and flexible capacity growth strategy, conceiving new analytics models, and improving existing data gathering tools for visibility in parcel transportation. Additionally, the Fleet Assistant will work closely with the team and other departments to enhance software across operational touch points and help shape Ninja Van’s long-term strategy.
