Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for Flexera’s FinOps solutions.
Partner with sales representatives, solution engineers, success managers, advisors, and other team members to enable customer success throughout the customer journey.
Assist solutions engineers when needed as the subject matter expert in discovery calls to uncover customer needs and objectives.
Assist in technical validation initiatives to support the solutions engineers when needed, as the subject matter expert.
Engage with the product development process on an ongoing basis to provide valuable field insights to product management and engineering teams.
Develop best practices for technical validation processes.
