Requirements
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of software architecture principles, cloud computing, and data integration techniques. Experience with API design and development is essential, as is familiarity with various data warehousing and ETL tools. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, and several years of experience in a similar role are desired.
Responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect, you will drive technical discovery and design conversations with prospects, creating technically sound proofs-of-concept (POCs) aligned with customer needs. You will deliver value-oriented demos and collateral, deeply understand prospect requirements, and explain how Flatfile’s solutions address their challenges. Furthermore, you will provide documentation and guidance for customers and internal teams, collaborate with Product and Engineering on platform improvements, and directly engage with prospects to ensure a smooth implementation experience, including designing and building customized implementations and providing technical troubleshooting.
