Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems administration, FP&A operations, or a similar role. Experience with Pigment (implementation, administration, development, and support) is strongly preferred, and experience with Anaplan or other FP&A forecasting tools like Adaptive, Mosaic, or Hyperion is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Finance Manager - IPOR - System Admin will serve as the primary subject matter expert and administrator for the Pigment platform, overseeing its maintenance, configuration, and enhancement. They will lead the design, development, and implementation of new forecasting models and reporting capabilities within Pigment, translating complex financial requirements into technical specifications. This role involves managing user access, security, and data governance within Pigment, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and collaborating with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business leaders to deliver solutions aligned with financial objectives. They will also provide expert-level support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the strategic roadmap for Pigment.
