Responsibilities

Resolve routine and complex client service issues in a thorough and expeditious manner, utilizing sound judgment with an emphasis on courtesy
Handle client inquiries related to IB Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader execution platforms (trading modules and analytical tools)
Handle client inquiries related to cash deposit and withdrawal activity, position transfers, and account administrative functions
Handle client inquiries related to product availability and attributes
Handle client inquiries related to exchange, clearing, and depository functions
Handle client inquiries related to order types and routing logic
Handle client inquiries related to order status, trade and delivery settlement, exercise & assignment, expiration processing, and corporate actions
Handle client inquiries related to margin calculations, commission structure, interest, and fees
Coordinate activities with other local and international Customer Service divisions and interact with external departments such as Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance on common issues
Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
Demonstrate general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services to assess needs and suggest solutions
