Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralplanner to join our financial planning team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience: In a finance-related business, completing financial and other administrative tasks.
• Background: In finance, lending, or a related field.
• Proficiency: In MS Office.
• Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with loan officers or customers.
• Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho, CRM Zoho Desk, and Plutosoft.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and Lodging Forms and documentation for superannuation, investments, insurance, and other financial products as directed.
• Tracking Implementation Tasks and following up on outstanding items.
• Managing Internal Databases and updating client records in line with compliance requirements.
• Drafting Emails and Correspondence for adviser review.
• Report Generation and other general admin tasks.
• Liaising with Providers/Platforms (via email or phone) when necessary.
• Ensuring Accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted.
• Supporting Ad Hoc Tasks as required by the financial planning team.
