Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and have over 5 years of experience in finance, specifically in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis, preferably within the fintech or brokerage industry. Advanced proficiency in Excel, G-Suite, SQL, Python, or similar systems is essential, along with very strong analytical abilities for variance analysis and scenario modeling.

Responsibilities

The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the company, managing budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights to drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities include maintaining complex forecasting models, overseeing the quarterly/annual budgeting process, building and updating financial models for scenario planning and investment evaluations, assisting with and leading monthly/quarterly financial closing processes, preparing reports for internal management and external stakeholders, performing variance analysis on financials and key business metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams on budgeting and resource allocation, and handling ad-hoc projects and special analyses.
