Requirements

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field with a graduation date in December 2026-August 2027
  • Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of payment products (preferred)
  • Proactive, self-starter, and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills (preferred)
  • Process-oriented with the ability to document processes and achieve goals across multiple tasks (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional projects to refine existing strategies to drive growth for Visa’s sponsor bank partners
  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to identify client pain points and assist in launching new products/services
  • Help with creating frameworks and processes to improve ‘specialized sales’ for Sponsorship in collaboration with Super Regional, Regional, and Community FI Sales teams
  • Support the alignment and implementation of strategies and operating models for the Sponsor Bank segment
  • Support the process of tracking and measuring sales objectives to improve collaboration, pipeline management, goal setting, and recognition
  • Help monitor market trends, activities, and competitor actions to support the development of strategies and plans for clients
