Responsibilities

The Financial Associate will own and execute accounting processes, analyze transactional accounting information to support decision-making, and serve as the primary contact for customer issues within their area of expertise. They will also support the implementation of new accounting processes and systems, identify and recommend improvements, implement and ensure effective business controls, assist in training and mentoring team members, and support the development and communication of procedures for accounting policy compliance.
