Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant III will play an integral role in the general ledger month-end closing process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting account analysis. Responsibilities include performing monthly general ledger reconciliations, preparing journal entries for various accounting areas, managing monthly marketing spend accruals, preparing monthly bank reconciliations, processing vendor payments and reimbursements, and understanding the full accounts payable cycle. The role also involves staying current on U.S. GAAP changes, assisting with internal control documentation and monitoring, supporting audits, and completing ad hoc projects and analysis.
