Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience, preferably within large multinational companies. They should have hands-on experience with financial modeling, forecasting trends, and variance analysis, and be proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with TM1, SQL, and Anaplan is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will support leadership with data-driven insights to inform business decisions, financial planning, and strategic initiatives. They will establish and refine financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting and forecasting, develop and automate financial reports and dashboards, perform financial modeling and scenario analysis, prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management, and work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals.
