Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting topline and expense for subscription/SaaS products, or strong finance education with willingness to learn

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience in PowerBI and Tableau preferred; advanced programming (SQL, Python, R, etc.) a plus

  • Effective interpersonal abilities to influence and drive decision-making across diverse functional groups
  • Strong ability to handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment and bring structure to ambiguous business challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of FP&A (or related) experience required

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive long-term strategic and operational planning, optimizing AI First product revenue growth and margin profile
  • Own analysis across 3-year modeling, annual planning, and in-year performance tracking to Plan
  • Support business case modeling with in-depth, data-driven analysis and provide guidance on business impact for critical initiatives
  • Develop models and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry while maintaining a clear view of strategic priorities and execution rigor in exploring new opportunities
  • Own deep inspection of the business across topline and expense: scale financial ‘run the business’ reporting, trends, and critical metrics to measure business health
  • Provide insights into the 'why', recommendations, and story behind business performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Drive scale, automation, and collaboration within your team and cross-functionally while leveraging generative AI tools
  • Establish best-in-class cadences and drive efficiency and impact across the business
