Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics, along with 4-8 years of professional experience. They must demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills, effective oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, workflow software, and ad hoc reporting tools and databases. Applicants should also be fluent in English, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
The Financial Analyst will provide month-end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity, manage distributor incentive programs including tracking and processing payments, administer key monthly controls, provide distributor related accounts receivable analysis, and deliver KPI reporting. They will also evaluate potential improvements, provide support and ad hoc reporting to internal and external customers, and support various project requests. Furthermore, the Financial Analyst will conduct monthly/quarterly risk reviews with divisional partners and ensure accurate resale processing in SAP.
