Strong analytical skills
Ability to collaborate with accounting, HR, and sales teams

Responsibilities

Analyze business performance and prepare/maintain all commission and bonus calculations
Work with accounting teams to ensure proper balance sheet accruals for sales incentive payouts
Support business units and HR in reviewing sales incentive plan designs and recommend/execute changes
Maintain new sales incentive tool for calculating and administering payouts
Perform simulation of commission/bonus payout based on business performance
Perform sales productivity analysis to help inform management on the effectiveness of sales incentive plans
Maintain customer to sales hierarchy mapping for accurate performance and incentive measurement
Work closely with HR and sales teams to ensure accurate payouts
Assist as needed in the annual budgeting process
