Requirements

Public accounting firm experience is preferred, along with strong leadership skills to mentor, train, and influence teams.

Responsibilities

The Finance Systems Manager will own and maintain finance systems, including NetSuite ERP and temporary legacy systems from acquisitions. They will support and optimize integrations between finance and non-finance systems, troubleshoot issues, and lead integration projects. This role involves investigating system issues, collaborating with developers and IT support, and providing guidance and training to finance teams. The manager will also drive improvements by capturing processes, identifying pain points, recommending enhancements, and producing documentation. Additionally, they will support internal controls, lead ERP implementation and migration projects for acquired entities, and manage a System Administrator.
