Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience creating internal revenue/cost or P&L reports, ideally for a digital-media, SaaS, or e-commerce business. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups, is required, with basic SQL being a plus. The role requires eagle-eye accuracy, a knack for spotting anomalies, 2-4 hours per week availability (up to 4 hours during busier periods), and preference for candidates based in a European time zone (Serbia, Croatia, North Macedonia preferred). Clear written English and comfort communicating via Slack are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Finance Reporting Assistant will pull weekly and monthly revenue figures from internal dashboards and client portals. They will compile vendor invoices and bank statement data to produce concise weekly and monthly P&Ls, and summarize client ad-campaign revenue and newsletter performance metrics. The role involves tracking usage against annual volume-based agreements, highlighting variances early, and improving templates and SOPs to maintain reporting accuracy.
