Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization
Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
Maintain vendor records, ensuring completeness and correctness
Prepare and process payments in a timely manner
Monitor outstanding payables and ensure proper follow-ups
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment issues
Assist with month-end AP closing and reporting
Generate and issue invoices to customers
Track and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Process incoming payments and allocate them accurately
Maintain customer records and ensure up-to-date financial data
Assist in bank and credit card reconciliations and cash flow tracking
Support the preparation of financial reports
Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist external tax accountants by providing necessary documentation
