Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential, alongside demonstrated leadership abilities and a deep understanding of corporate finance principles.
As a Finance Manager at Procter & Gamble, you will be responsible for setting business strategies, making business decisions, planning, and analyzing every part of the business. You will also be involved in Tax, Treasury, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Strategy, Accounting, Internal Controls for the company, and finances on a cross-functional team that supervises a brand, a service, or a major project, and will participate in rotational assignments to gain experience across various finance functions including Brand/Region/Global Business Divisions, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance, Corporate Shared Services, Finance, and Research & Development Finance.
