MBA or Master's degree with 5-7 years of work experience in finance management in multinational companies, or Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience
Rich experience in project finance, operations finance, financial/business planning analysis, financial reporting, financial management & control, and accounting
Proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Outstanding organizational skills and teamwork abilities, with attention to both big picture and details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, able to convey key information concisely and positively
Self-motivated, capable of handling complex situations and working in a multinational, diversified business environment
High sense of responsibility, ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with SAP or other finance/ERP systems, quick learner of new skills/systems

Responsibilities
Act as finance business partner for operations finance, supporting daily operations including handling finance-related needs, coordinating accounting journal entries, reviewing budget and funding requests, and facilitating cross-functional communications
Support financial planning across key business cycles: Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and rolling forecasts; provide suggestions and action plans to ensure budget execution aligns with company strategy
Continuously analyze business performance, update and improve regular performance analysis reports, provide valuable insights and recommendations, and present at various business meetings
Deeply participate in analytical projects (e.g., ad hoc performance reviews, ROI analysis, financial modeling for commercial strategies and deals, cost efficiency improvements, business opportunity identification); independently build and maintain financial models, write clear and structured analysis reports, and provide strategic insights for key business decisions to drive performance value
