Candidates must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort navigating data-heavy tools are required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Salesforce, SaaS or startup environments, Sage or other ERP systems, or coursework related to payments or cash application is a plus.
The Finance Intern will assist in building and maintaining customer statements of accounts using data from multiple ERP systems. They will research payment-related inquiries by collaborating with internal teams and customers, and support the application of incoming payments to the correct accounts and invoices. The intern will analyze transaction histories, assist in resolving discrepancies, help streamline reporting processes, improve visibility into customer payment activity, and participate in cross-functional projects supporting Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Support teams.
