Requirements

In process of obtaining or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or other quantitative fields
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Excel skills
Exemplary interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
Strong drive to achieve goals while working effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Assist with invoice preparation and distribution
Support the collections process by following up with customers, answering their billing questions, and documenting communications where needed
Maintain and update customer records in billing system
Help identify and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams (Revenue Operations, Sales)
Assist with cash application by recording payments against open invoices
Support the Finance team with ad hoc analyses and requests as needed
