Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years in finance roles with responsibility for financial statements
  • Strong commercial acumen and business partnering experience
  • Background in a Fortune 500 company preferred
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, profitability analysis, budgeting, and accounting
  • Strong communication, decision-making, integrity, and stakeholder engagement
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial KPIs including sales, operating profit, and working capital
  • Act as a strategic finance partner across all business areas
  • Ensure forecast accuracy through the DRM process and provide visibility to Mexico’s Finance Director
  • Monitor and manage working capital components (inventory, AR, AP) and cash flow
  • Identify business opportunities and assess strategic and operational risks
  • Support monthly forecasting and closing processes with business insights
  • Contribute to regional reporting and reviews, including quarterly and monthly templates
  • Analyze and communicate forecast deviations to internal stakeholders
  • Oversee customer KPIs such as DSO, collections, credit limits, and AR processes with the O2C Hub—including seasonal impacts on working capital
  • Deliver accurate financial analysis and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of Mexico’s financial goals—including working capital
  • Collaborate across the organization to enhance portfolio and customer profitability, aligning with Haleon’s strategy and resources
