Responsibilities

Advise on best practices by recommending efficient configurations, workflows, and customizations tailored to the firm's structure
Solve and teach by proactively troubleshooting issues and empowering others with training, documentation, and self-service tools
Drive platform adoption by rolling out new features, identifying process improvements, and increasing visibility of platform value
Stay current and educate the team by staying up-to-date on Filevine product releases and updates (LEX, milestone releases, and continuous product updates) and training staff on new features
Support onboarding/offboarding by owning the tech side of employee transitions, ensuring each team member is equipped to succeed in Filevine
Identify workflow inefficiencies by auditing and improving current processes by aligning Filevine’s tools with operational goals
