Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 3 years of experience in training, operations, or leadership roles within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, along with the ability to engage and develop leadership teams, are required, as well as proven ability to deliver and support training programs that drive performance at the leadership level. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with strong organizational and planning abilities, are also necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Field Training Manager is responsible for planning and implementing key brand training initiatives to ensure consistency and operational effectiveness, developing strategic partnerships and providing consultation with field leadership, supporting franchise business reviews by assessing training systems, delivering leadership development training, and supporting franchisees in driving operational excellence by providing guidance and resources. This role also involves partnering with franchisees to develop and implement engagement programs, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and ensuring effective use of G&A expenses within set parameters. Additionally, the Field Training Manager will be involved in new restaurant training, testing, video/photo shoots, and serving as a subject matter expert, as well as traveling up to 75% of the time to meet the business needs.
