Requirements

Associate degree (prefer technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering or related) or validated equivalent experience
Ability to travel and provide support in assigned geography, as well as periodic travel to other areas (Europe level) and overnight travel
Fluent in English verbal and written (Use CEFR - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

Responsibilities

Provide frontline support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting
Help drive revenue growth while ensuring strong customer contract retention rates and warranty conversion
Apply critical thinking to resolve instrumentation performance issues, train customers, and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems
Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment
