Requirements

  • Training in a natural sciences, medical, or technical profession (not necessarily a university degree)
  • General medical technology and medical knowledge advantageous, ideally initial experience in cardiology (not mandatory)
  • Very good German skills, good English skills
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Good IT skills
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, ability to self-organize, and high empathy
  • Composure, ability to work in a team, and unrestricted mobility, including on short notice
  • Valid driver's license in Germany

Responsibilities

  • Medical and technical support for the electrophysiology product portfolio, focusing on 3D mapping, catheters, sheaths, etc., for treating cardiac arrhythmias
  • Conducting product training in hospitals, as well as advising, accompanying, and supporting on indications, patient, and product selection during procedures on site
  • Responsible for increasing the use of Abbott products during procedures
  • Presenting new Abbott products and demonstrating associated application possibilities
  • Initiating customer training and education to promote optimal use of the EnSite system at customers or in relevant training centers, in coordination with the training department
  • Initiating studies with customers in coordination with the study department
  • Performing troubleshooting on the system, if necessary with support from technicians or company specialists, considering hospital internal processes
  • Accompanying marketing campaigns and product trials as per the marketing department's specifications
