Requirements

Ability to provide end-to-end onsite and remote user support using logic and reasoning to solve problems
Proficiency in managing inventory, assets, and e-recycling using data management software
Skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues
Experience supporting AV equipment, video conference rooms, audio, and visual quality, including installation
Capability to prioritize and complete support tickets in a timely manner using ITSM systems
Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and knowledge management best practices
Ability to document and escalate issues within SLAs and communicate procedure errors
Strong collaboration skills across teams and sites
Commitment to ensuring positive customer experience and satisfaction

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end onsite and remote user support on client service requests, delivering high-quality solutions
Manage inventory and assets, including deployment, recovery, and e-recycling using inventory data management software
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues and support product lifecycle management
Support video conference rooms and AV equipment, troubleshooting issues, ensuring audio/visual quality, and participating in installations
Prioritize and complete assigned support tickets timely, handling order tracking, hardware deployment, and user setup via ITSM systems
Document and escalate unresolved issues per SLAs, proactively communicate procedure errors to supervisors, and adhere to management best practices
Collaborate across teams/sites and within the IT organization to share knowledge and ensure consistent service delivery
Ensure positive user experience, customer satisfaction, and smooth operations; enable peer success
Complete other duties as assigned
