Experience with sensitive customer interactions and understanding of customer relations

Near visual acuity (corrected), color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity
Ability to exert up to 75lbs force occasionally and 20lbs constantly; stand/walk for extended periods
Maintain professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience interpreting service bulletins, user manuals, technical manuals, drawings
Excellent teamwork, coordination, and collaboration skills
Minimum 3 years technical service or equivalent experience preferred
Bio-medical equipment maintenance, repair, and installation experience preferred
Ability to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures
Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies

Responsibilities

Travel between hospitals based on service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues
Build positive relationships with Stryker customers, peers, and internal partners
Document service results to maintain accurate quality records
