  • Experience interpreting service bulletins, user manuals, technical manuals, drawings
  • Excellent teamwork, coordination, and collaboration skills
  • Minimum 3 years technical service or equivalent experience preferred
  • Bio-medical equipment maintenance, repair, and installation experience preferred
  • Ability to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures
  • Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies
