Requirements

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems and diesel and petrol engines
Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment in order to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License

Responsibilities

Effectively managing field service priorities and schedules
Effectively maintaining a safe, clean, and resourced service fleet vehicle
Coordinating and performing various mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance, and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment
Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information
Providing product service training to clients as required
Establishing and maintaining a customer base to ensure the continued financial growth of the Service Centre
Undertaking regular internal product-based training to ensure OEM standards of service can be achieved
