Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
Prior experience in field service roles, preferably within the medical technology sector
Strong command of English, both verbal and written
2–3 years of hands-on experience working with high-tech equipment, particularly in the medical or healthcare industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Open to frequent travel within the country and abroad
Possesses a valid driver’s license and active driving experience
For male candidates, military service must be completed

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and system upgrades for assigned ophthalmic equipment within your designated service area, in accordance with training and official guidelines
Complete all scheduled service tasks within or ahead of designated timeframes
Accurately document each service activity and maintain up-to-date records in the service management system
Ensure all service-related documentation is completed in compliance with quality standards
Calibrate service tools as required and maintain proper documentation per quality protocols
Manage and maintain testing equipment and spare parts inventory effectively
Escalate any product-related or patient-impacting issues to Regulatory Affairs and support investigations related to customer complaints
Deliver on-site customer training as needed, ensuring correct product usage and maintenance
