Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
  • Prior experience in field service roles, preferably within the medical technology sector
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with high-tech equipment, particularly in the medical or healthcare industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Open to frequent travel within the country and abroad
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and active driving experience
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and system upgrades for assigned ophthalmic equipment within your designated service area, in accordance with training and official guidelines
  • Complete all scheduled service tasks within or ahead of designated timeframes
  • Accurately document each service activity and maintain up-to-date records in the service management system
  • Ensure all service-related documentation is completed in compliance with quality standards
  • Calibrate service tools as required and maintain proper documentation per quality protocols
  • Manage and maintain testing equipment and spare parts inventory effectively
  • Escalate any product-related or patient-impacting issues to Regulatory Affairs and support investigations related to customer complaints
  • Deliver on-site customer training as needed, ensuring correct product usage and maintenance
