Requirements

Degree in Engineering or similar
Experience >5 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry
Experience with leadership
Proven experience with hands-on Service, pre and post installation, on field and remotely
Skill with processes and KPIs, lead execution of action plans for deviations
Advanced in English, native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese
Available for travelling >70% of worktime, be on site with customers
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Delivering services to customers, performing preventive and corrective technical services in line with good maintenance practices
Lead the field team (6-8 people)
Leading the installed base assigned for excellence in performance
Act as the strongest link between the real needs of customers and Beckman Coulter organization, act as a business partner
Leadership in maintaining a high level of satisfaction and meeting customer needs
Lead the Resident FSE team, customer facing role and relationship
Lead as a team member and in partnership with peers and the entire organization to achieve results
Act as a role model in how to better serve customers
Manage demands versus priorities, also lead plans that impact on service metrics in the pursuit of continuous improvement
Support the service business, execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance
