Complete instrument training across geographical IRL
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complaints on a minimum of five increasingly complex instruments
Understand and follow the Quality System with accurate and timely documentation of complaint resolution
Understand and practice regulatory and compliance procedures
Ability to work effectively within a diverse and dynamic team environment
Support for call rotation, standby, and after-hours responsibilities
Flexible working hours and ability to manage unpredictable travel, including support for other territories and training
Time, territory, and inventory management skills

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support to ADD customers, including installation, corrective, pre-emptive, and proactive maintenance
Represent the Abbott Diagnostic Division to customers
Support field personnel and District business objectives and goals
Provide direction and develop mentoring skills to mentor other FSRs
Schedule and complete routine preventive maintenance, installations, and other updates provided by Abbott
Maintain a safe work environment following laboratory safety guidelines
Provide critical account support inside and outside of district boundaries
Maintain ownership of IRL to achieve organizational goals and customer satisfaction
Work cross-functionally with local performance partnership teams (P2T) to achieve customer satisfaction
Maintain ownership of customer issues until successful escalation or hand-off
Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system
Provide superior customer service, including installation, Preventive Maintenance, Technical Service Bulletins, and repair, with proper documentation, follow-up, and call closure
