Responsibilities

Own and deliver service activities such as installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and problem solving on scientific instruments (OES, XRF, XRD, and automation)
Provide specific product support on Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES), X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), XRD, and automation instruments
Work remotely providing on-site services exceeding customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction and promotion of the business
Deliver high professional relationships with customers, raising technical issues for quick resolution
Enable customer success through partnership with Thermo Fisher Scientific
Optimise own work schedule by coordinating with Dispatch function, Team Leader, and Senior Manager
Handle company assets including parts inventory, laptop, mobile phone, test equipment, tools, software, and company car
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of activities, including field service reports and expense reports
Collaborate with the Sales team regarding lead generation, customer activities, and updates
Primarily support customers based in Germany utilizing Optical Emission Spectroscopy, X-Ray Fluorescence, and Robotic Automation product portfolio
