Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer III will deliver service activities including installations, repairs, and maintenance for the Cement, Minerals, and Bulk Elemental Analysis team. Responsibilities include proactively learning techniques and instruments, upholding self-control, owning and delivering on service tasks such as installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving on scientific instruments. The role involves working remotely, providing on-site services, offering 24/7 remote support when required, and traveling to customer sites 80% of the year. Additionally, the engineer will develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, address technical issues swiftly and accurately, enable customer success, ensure timely and accurate reporting of activities, and collaborate with the Sales team regarding lead generation, customer activities, and updates.
