Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, biomedical sciences, or a related field (a master’s degree may be considered in place of experience)
  • Minimum of one year of relevant technical service experience, preferably within the medical device or healthcare technology sector
  • Strong practical knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools, systems integration, and technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision on moderately complex projects
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset combined with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Install equipment, perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and performance checks
  • Ensure life-sustaining equipment operates reliably and efficiently in hospital settings
  • Travel regularly to healthcare facilities, with occasional travel for training or additional support
  • Work closely with service teams and hospital staff to minimize equipment downtime, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance
  • Deliver field technical support and repair services for medical devices
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product use, issues, and troubleshooting
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and sales teams, providing insights, solutions, and support during and after product deployment
  • Provide technical documentation and input for Performance Qualification activities
