Responsibilities

Maintain diagnostic instruments sold or made available in private laboratories and hospitals within a designated geographical area
Perform these operations within the rules and protocols established by Abbott and apply technical and administrative procedures
Explain and value interventions to technicians and laboratory managers
Respond to customer issues that cannot be resolved by phone
Provide advice on interpreting results in relation to Abbott-provided tools
Adapt and implement necessary solutions to resolve unusual problems, respecting safety rules and informing superiors
Remove old equipment and install new equipment at customer sites
