Responsibilities

Service Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry products, including installation, maintenance, training, on-line support, on-site diagnostics, and repair services
Provide technical assistance, consultation, and problem solving to customers
Accurately document on-line support and on-site activities and submit them timely through the required system
Ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of services provided
Implement key account strategies for high-profile customers and maintain good relationships with industry opinion leaders
Share experience and best practices on product services and applications with colleagues; contribute to the knowledge base for improved work efficiency and effectiveness
Communicate competitive information and additional sales opportunities to Service Sales
Actively participate in projects to improve work quality and effectiveness
