Responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job
Increase throughput and decrease downtime
Perform regular Preventive Maintenance
Perform regular upgrades as deemed by Leica Microsystems technical staff
Act as a clear advocate for the customer (internal and external) and a steward for the company
Regular driving commute to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland
